Summary: Cholesterol
A research study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the study medication vs. placebo when added to a statin in slowing the progression of atherosclerosis ("hardening of the arteries")
To be eligible, you must be:
• At least 45 years old
• Have dyslipidemia (high cholesterol)
Study participation includes all study-related medical care and study medication at no cost to enrolled patients. Compensation for time and travel is also available.
